It isn't a badge for its own sake. Being registered with Meta in this specific role determines who owns your WhatsApp account, who bills you, and what happens if you leave.
Your account stays yours
Your WhatsApp Business Account is registered to your business, not ours. Your number, templates and customer history go with you if you ever leave — there's nothing to hold hostage.
We can't mark up your messages
A Tech Provider holds no credit line with Meta. Meta bills you directly at their published rate, so a hidden margin on message costs isn't something we'd choose not to do — it's something we can't do.
The real API, not a workaround
Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), through Meta's own onboarding. No QR-code linking of personal numbers, and no risk of a ban for using WhatsApp in a way Meta doesn't sanction.

What Meta charges you, published in the open
These are Meta's rates, billed by Meta to your own account. We add nothing. You'll see the same table inside your dashboard, with your own usage against it.

A worked example, because nobody else publishes one
Send a marketing campaign to 10,000 contacts and Meta charges you ₹8,800 — that's ₹0.8800 × 10,000, billed to your own account. On our Growth plan you'd pay us ₹1,499 that month, whatever your send volume and however many people are on your team.
The things people actually ask
Why do I get two separate bills?
Because we're a Meta Tech Provider, not a reseller. Meta charges you directly for messages against the card on your own WhatsApp Business Account, and we charge you a flat platform fee for the software. It means we physically cannot mark up your message costs — most platforms bundle both into one wallet, where a markup is easy to hide.
What does “Official Meta Tech Provider” actually mean?
Tech Provider is a registered role in Meta's partner programme. It means we're authorised to connect businesses to the WhatsApp Business Platform through Meta's own onboarding, and that your WhatsApp Business Account is registered to you rather than to us. It also means we hold no credit line with Meta — which is precisely why Meta bills you directly and we can't add a margin to your message costs. It is a registered status, not an endorsement of us by Meta.
Do I need my own Meta Business account?
Yes, and that's the point — the WhatsApp Business Account is registered to your business, not ours. If you ever leave us, your number, your templates and your customer relationships go with you. There's no hostage-taking.
What does a message actually cost?
Meta's published rate, with nothing added. Marketing messages are the expensive ones; utility and authentication messages cost a fraction of that, and replies you send inside 24 hours of a customer messaging you are free for the first 1,000 each month on every number, then charged at Meta's service rate (Meta started charging for these on 1 October 2026). Is everything on this page available today?
Yes. The inbox, contacts, templates, broadcasts, automations, analytics, REST API and webhooks all work today — nothing on this page is a roadmap item dressed up as a feature.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited team members. Charging per seat punishes you for putting more people on support, which is exactly backwards, and it's the single most common complaint about the tools we compete with.
What are AI credits, and what happens if I run out?
Each plan includes AI credits every month: one credit covers one AI reply to a customer or one inbox AI action, like a suggested reply or a translation. Included credits reset each month and don't roll over; credits you top up never expire and are used after the included ones. At zero the AI simply stops and conversations go to your team — nothing else on your plan is affected, and automations, flows and broadcasts never use credits.
Is there a discount for paying up front?
Yes. Quarterly billing costs about 10% less per month than monthly, and annual about 25% less — and annual plans include dedicated onboarding at no charge. Plans don't renew by themselves; you renew when you choose to, and changing plan carries your unused time over as value.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
In most cases yes. A number currently on the WhatsApp Business app can be migrated to the API. We'll tell you honestly during setup what carries over and what doesn't, before you commit to anything.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing disappears. Your data, templates and conversations stay exactly where they are — you just can't send new messages until you pick a plan. Your WhatsApp account is unaffected either way, and there's no free tier to fall back to — every plan is a paid plan.
